And today I am going to do a tutorial on how to make maleficient horns. 
Let's get started! 

First gather your supplies. 

You will need, 

Scissors

Black duct tape 

4 toilet paper tubes

A balloon. 

First, blow up the balloon to be the size of your head. 

Then, tie it and cover the top with duct tape. 

now, lets start on the horns!

these horns are based on the horns of maleficent from the new disney channel movie, descendants.

now, gather your toilet paper tubes,

and a marker,

now, each horn uses 2 TP rolls.

so, use normal tape and tape two together.

then, use the marker and make lines to cut, do it like this,

then, cut.

it should look something like this.

then, start duct taping.

after it is totally covered in duct tape, it should look something like this,

to do the other one, you just have to do the same thing you just did.

so,

get 2 TP tubes, tape them together,

the make lines on it, like this,

then cut, like this,

then duct tape, like this,

and, ta-da!

next, take your, um, black orb,

and a piece of tape,

then, cut a strip in the middle of each side, like this,

 then, put one strip on the horn, like this,

then, apply it to the black orb,

it should look something like this.

then do the same with the all 3 of the other sides of the same horn.

then, repeat with the other horn.

yay!

ta-da!
